“Full-time employees (managers, manager candidates)”

This job offers you greater opportunities to improve yourself than typical full-time jobs out there.
You can set your own hours and schedule and you don’t have to work overtime. But you are expected to grow yourself outside of work.
You can’t become a good leader at work and achieve good results if you can’t learn and grow outside of work.
As such, this is a position for people who love to work and learn.

You can feel highly motivated only when you dedicate yourself to work.
You will eventually be in charge of a spin-off so you can expand and improve performances and working environment at your own discretion.
The maximum base salary is set at 350 thousand yen per month, but you can also receive pay-for-performance compensations such as X% of the profit of the spin-off.
I want you to become an employee who earns 10 million yen per year or more.

・Base Salary
200,000-350,000 yen (manager candidates, store manager candidates)
250,000-350,000 yen plus pay-for-performance (managers, store managers)
・8-hour work day (You can set your own hours)
・Weekends and holidays off (You can take compensation days off for public holidays)
e.g. You can take Wednesdays off and work on Saturdays instead. (We will give you the details before we hire you.)
・Obon Holidays (8/13-8/15) 3 days
・New Year’s holidays (12/29-1/3) 6 days
・5 paid vacation days per year—make sure to use them up!
・No overtime work
・Twice-a-year bonuses
・Entitled to social insurance and labor insurance

“Full-time employees (general office duties, clerical jobs)”

This job gives you more freedom to shape your own life than typical full-time jobs out there.
You can set your own hours and schedule and you don’t have to work overtime.
The salary, working conditions and employee benefits are above average in Kumamoto.

You are also in charge of WFH employees and part-timers. As such, you need to have a general understanding of our entire business.
You are also expected to deal with the unexpected at work. As such, your job description is a little different than that of typical clerical jobs.

But you answer to your manager so you never have to shoulder overwhelming responsibilities.
If you want to have a meaningful job but still prioritize your private life, this is the job for you.
You can also get a raise and/or get promoted to manager if you can demonstrate that you have the right personality, motivations and skills.

180,000-250,000 yen (general office duties, clerical jobs)

"Part-time employees"

If you are a mother with small children who wants to balance work and family, this is the job for you.
We are flexible on what days of the week you work and you can set your own working hours. You can also take time off work if your child unexpectedly falls ill.
If you are taking care of small children but still want to get a job and/or build a career, this is the job for you.

You can easily get a raise, and you are entitled to paid vacation days, bonuses and excellent employee benefits.
However, your job comes with a lot of responsibility. As such, you need to understand your job and make sure to carry out your duties.

・900-1200 yen per hour

・Work hours: until 5 p.m. (You can choose the time of day you start work)
・3 to 5-day work week (You can choose what days of the week you work)
