There are many manufacturers in the world with good ideas and inspiring visions that are more advanced than their Japanese counterparts.
We want to promote those advanced ideas and visions through our products.
We aim to enhance the value of not only our customers but also all the companies involved through our products by adopting constantly evolving internet marketing strategies.
We also aim to become a global company by importing high quality goods from all over the world.
Our mission statement was “Offer products from around the world that fit the needs of the Japanese.” In today’s Japan, more and more people are going their own ways and there is no one-size-fits-all answer anymore. We are living in turbulent times, and new demands are created one after another. We pick up on those demands and provide products that fit the customer’s needs.
We were selling a variety of products such as outdoor equipment, sports equipment, baby products and organic foods. It looks like our business is all over the place. But we were and still are selling them for a good reason. “What do our customers want?” We did our research and found out that these products were potentially in high demand.
We looked for high-demand products from overseas and offered them to our customers.
We updated our mission statement to “Promote the inspiring visions from around the world.”
We want to promote good and advanced ideas and visions from overseas through our products, instead of simply delivering products that respond to customer needs.
As such, we work with manufacturers that have more advanced ideas and visions than their Japanese counterparts.
We take advantage of our market research expertise and try to find out what kind of ideas and products are in demand here in Japan. Once we identified the ideas and products, then we look for overseas manufacturers that meet the criteria and work with them. Then we custom-tailor the ideas and products of the overseas manufacturers for Japanese people and incorporate them into our culture.
Up until 2019, our mission statement had been “Offer products from around the world that fit the needs of the Japanese.” As such, we were and still are providing products that respond to customer needs.
We have been steadily improving our business performance and growing profits since our foundation.
Our employee retention rate is high and the number of employees is steadily increasing.
